AML & KYC Policy
Global Prime Trade enforces strict international Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification standards.
1 Purpose & Regulatory Framework
Global Prime Trade is committed to upholding international standards to prevent money laundering, financial fraud, terrorist financing, and illicit capital flows. We adhere strictly to guidance issued by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and relevant regulatory bodies.
2 Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Stages
Every account holder must complete mandatory identity verification prior to executing unrestricted deposits, trades, or withdrawal transactions:
- Tier 1 — Basic Verification: Verified email address, phone number, and standard registration details.
- Tier 2 — Proof of Identity (POI): Submission of government-issued photo identification (Valid Passport, National ID card, or Driver's License) with facial liveness matching.
- Tier 3 — Proof of Address (POA): Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months.
3 Source of Funds & Withdrawal Rules
To ensure strict AML compliance, all financial deposits and withdrawals must follow the same-name principle:
- Third-party deposits and third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The name on the funding method (bank account, card, or crypto address) must match the verified user profile exactly.
- Withdrawals are processed back to the original funding source whenever technically applicable.
4 Continuous Transaction Monitoring & Reporting
Our automated risk engine continuously monitors account activity for anomalous velocity, circular transactions, and high-risk sanctions-listed entities. Any suspicious transaction will result in immediate temporary account suspension and escalation to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
